Hello! My name is Ungria Castillo and I look forward to working together and supporting you as we talk through what brings you here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas My hope is to create a space where you feel heard and seen and where you can openly share your about yourself. I understand how overwhelming certain emotions or situations can be or how discouraging it can be to feel stuck. After I get to know more about what brings you to counseling and about you, we will be exploring what your priorities are and creating a plan that focuses on the goals that you would want to accomplish. My education and knowledge are in modalities that help you access different resources, highlight personal strengths and address those big feelings that are getting in the way of feeling fulfilled or living out your purpose.
