My clients typically experience one of three scenarios: 1. Clinical Struggle: You are battling anxiety, depression, or relationship issues that negatively impact your daily life, school, or work. 2. Performance Focus: You are physically healthy, but your mindset is impacting your performance or you are looking to "level up" your psychological skills. 3. The "Gap" Problem: A clinical issue like anxiety is sabotaging your performance, or an injury has triggered depression. You feel standard therapists don't understand your drive to compete, while coaches aren't equipped with the clinical skills to address your mental health. My greatest strength is navigating the full mental health and performance continuum. Most providers force a choice between therapy and coaching; I bridge that gap. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I treat the human behind the performer. You don't have to hide your vulnerability to compete, nor sacrifice your ambition to be mentally healthy.
