I am passionate about helping others find their individual truths while establishing interpersonal autonomy and self-advocacy. My clinical expertise includes utilizing a multicultural framework for treating individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, panic, biracial/interracial issues, cultural identity issues, complex trauma, PTSD, bereavement, self-esteem issues, life-transitions, work-life balance, partner-relational problems, and family conflict.
