I am a licensed clinical psychologist and owner of a practice called United Performance Consulting (UPC) Sports Psychology. My current mission is focused on assisting high school and college student athletes to develop the skills to perform at their best in all areas of life. The process begins with assessment and identification of goals and opportunities for growth and change. Next, we work together to meet these goals using a combination of mental performance training, sports psychology and clinical psychology services that lead to behavior change and greater success.
