Finding joy in the journey. The counseling process is teamwork, together we build on your strengths, growing in understanding, releasing past hurts through forgiveness and celebrating courageous new beginnings. As a clinician "on the front lines" for more than 30 years I've advocated for the homeless, the addicted, the grieving, the anxious and comforted the dying. I rejoice as clients find renewed connection through skills they learn and sharpen through our work together. My practice includes women and their families as well as and couples who are dealing with worry, anxiety, anger & stress conflict within their relationships.
