I am so proud of you for taking the first step in starting your healing journey. It's not easy but I am so glad that you did! The thought of receiving therapy or being vulnerable can be uncomfortable, however, the process can be life-changing. There are times where we feel unworthy, not good enough and have this idea to strive for "perfection". These thoughts can be overwhelming and can stop you from living your life wholeheartedly. My mission is to support you as you go through this process. I use Person Centered, Yoga Movement and Solution Focused therapies to help meet the need of my clients.
