Hi, I’m Valentina, a Licensed Psychotherapist and founder of Flourish Psychotherapy, specializing in women’s mental health. My mission is to help women navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience, empowering them to not just cope but flourish in every aspect of their lives. I provide compassionate, yet direct, support for anxiety, depression, fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum issues, and life transitions—from navigating motherhood to changes in career, relationships, and personal identity. Together, we’ll work on building self-esteem, self-worth, and a stronger sense of self.
