Bilingual and bicultural therapy in Spanish available. Navigating significant transitions is challenging for everyone, particularly when they impact your identity, culture or values. During our therapy sessions, we will dedicate time and space to explore, define, and deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationships and your connection to the world. By articulating difficult feelings, you will gain control over strong emotions. My goal is to empower my clients to discover their inner resources in the face of transitions, especially those that evoke feelings of loss, isolation, uncertainty, and fear.
