Seeking support can be overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process feel a little less daunting. Therapy is not one size fits all; you know yourself best, and I believe counseling should be tailored to each client's unique background, values, strengths, and needs. I have experience working with a wide range of ages, identities, and concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, substance use, and complex relational dynamics. Everyone deserves to feel heard, seen, and supported, and I value creating such a space for each person I work with. I bring warmth, compassion and humor into sessions, and I prioritize co-creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering for every individual. I take a relational and integrative approach to counseling, pulling from various modalities, and I am committed to practicing through a client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive lens.
