I know how uncomfortable and nerve-wracking it can be to start therapy. I hope that I can make your experience as comfortable as possible. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and grief. I also have experience working with the First Responder community and active military/veterans. I believe having the “right” therapist can be life changing.
