I believe that change is possible for anyone, and it is never too late. I also believe that you have the answers, and it is my job to be a mirror for you and help you find the answers within you. I am kind and compassionate and will work to make you feel safe and comfortable so that we can work together on achieving your own personal goals. I have personally experienced great growth by working with a therapist and it is one of the main reasons why I chose this as my career. The benefit of having an objective listener that is also trained in psychological theory is real and I look forward to being that for you. I am trained in clinical social work and psychology. I use a blend of my trainings to help you see patterns of behavior and thought and issues in your environment that might be impacting your everyday ability to function and feel happy and positive about your life. I will give you tools to try and work with you to find ones that are helpful to you.
