I work mainly with clients in comprehensive DBT. That means we’re working together with structure, skills, and a strong, honest relationship to help life feel more manageable and aligned with your values. DBT is the main framework I use, but I pull in other approaches when they help—especially ones that pay attention to relationships, the body, and the stuff under the surface that’s harder to name. I’m warm, direct, and grounded, and I recognize that life and emotions are complicated. You’re the expert on your own life—I’m here to walk with you as we sort through what’s working, what’s not, and what might need to shift.
