Hi! I am a pre-licensed mental health counselor with a passion for working with folks navigating complex trauma, ADHD, body image struggles, and disordered eating. My approach is body-neutral, queer-affirming, and informed by Health at Every Size. I understand the weight of generational patterns, family expectations, and the ways we learn to carry our emotional experiences. I also bring a deep respect for the unique identity and experiences of each of my clients.
