Life can leave us holding pain we never asked for. Maybe your child is struggling with emotions they cannot explain. Maybe you are a teen feeling the weight of expectations and disconnection. Or maybe you are an adult who has done everything right but still feels anxious, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Even when we try to move forward, the past can still affect us in ways we don't expect. As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a safe space for kids (8+), teens, and adults to begin healing at their own pace. I tailor every session to the person in front of me because healing is never one-size-fits-all.
