I believe in providing a collaborative and supportive environment to maximize the therapeutic experience. I help clients cope with negative thoughts and behaviors that may hinder relationships and overall quality of life. Therapy is focused on building and nurturing interpersonal relationships and decreasing daily stress, by assisting clients in capitalizing on strengths and defining goals. I have extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, relationship/family issues, and adolescent difficulties.
