Great to meet you! I am a psychotherapist with 14 yrs of counseling experience. My professional background includes work in mental health & addiction settings; ranging from inpatient psychiatric, intensive outpatient programs, crisis stabilization, community mental health, to my private practice with individuals & couples. I have post-graduate training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples), & integrative health coaching. In my private practice, I primarily work with adults, ages 21+, who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, & life transitions.
