I have decades of experience working with children and find ease and joy in building rapport with kids. Therapy offers teens a safe space to express themselves, manage stress, and build coping skills. It helps with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and self-esteem while fostering resilience and confidence. With support, teens can better understand their emotions and navigate life’s challenges.
