I support women who are amazing caretakers to others, but find themselves feeling unable to prioritize taking better care of themselves! They feel depleated, stuck and unsatisfierd with thier life! We can all list many examples of self care; but why aren't we praciticng it? When we partner together, I empower my clients to overcome the obstacles that hold them back. I do this through a two step, results driven process which gives women a deep understanding of themselves and redirects their actions to support prioritizng their emotional health so that they can be their best self; whether that's mom, wife, friend or entrepreneur.
