We are born with all the emotions, but no idea how to manage those emotions. We learn ways to deal with them through life experiences; some helpful ways, some hurtful ways. With every new life experience comes bigger, more complex emotions; pretty soon we feel anxious, overwhelmed, or out of control. Then what the heck do we do? Through our therapeutic relationship, we can work to explore and integrate emotions, and help you to live the life you want to live.
