About
I am a licensed therapist in the State of Illinois that has maintained a private practice for 25 years. I have worked with families, couples and individuals to help clients understand their environmental stressors, the influence of personal histories and overall understanding of what they are experiencing. In addition I teach healthy coping and communication skills to build healthier skills and improve life generally speaking. In our first sessions we start with introductions, the specific challenges being experienced and formulating goals for the therapeutic sessions.
