Life can be extremely challenging. Sometimes you need someone in your life who is nonjudgmental, willing to listen, and slow to give advice. Someone who understands how chronic stress and unresolved trauma or abuse can contribute to physical and mental health conditions. You might also have difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, struggle with identity, and/or find yourself feeling depressed or anxious although everything is going well. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma/abuse, LGBTQi issues and concerns with empathy and genuine care.
