In the 25 years that I have been treating individuals & couples, I have learned that getting paired with the right therapist will make all the difference in the world towards the clinical healing process. Having trust, confidence, feeling safe/ comfortable is imperative to the success of treatment. I help guide my clients into making positive changes with ourselves and in our relationships, living a more fulfilling & meaningful life. I will help you unravel unwanted patterns/beliefs, reduce depression/ anxiety, and unresolved old feelings that are blocking personal growth for individuals and couples. A decade later I attended the University of Nevada, Reno, for my MFT license and earned an Educational Specialist degree in Counseling & Educational Psychology.
