I help clients develop practical coping skills, confidence, and strategies for navigating change, and I support parents in building effective parenting techniques to strengthen family relationships and promote positive outcomes. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and other creative modalities. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client, combining evidence-based strategies with engaging, developmentally appropriate techniques. In a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space, clients explore challenges, practice new skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
