We all know how it goes, you don't think you need help, and then one day, life smacks you in the face and you begin to become desperate for help. I get it, life is hard, but it can be managed with proper skills and techniques. Well I am here just for that. My name is Vanessa, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who currently specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. I am currently aligned with the Yes! I completed my clinical internship at Larkin Community Hospital, working with inpatient and PHP/IOP patients with severe and recurring mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.
