I provide short-term Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults with anxiety, depression, or OCD, usually over 12 sessions. Together, we set clear goals, identify patterns that reinforce symptoms, and practice skills in session to shift thoughts, manage difficult emotions and urges, and solve problems. Homework helps you apply these skills in daily life.
