My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs we have about ourselves. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients live happier lives. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, family issues, interpersonal/social struggles, and imposter syndrome. I utilize an eclectic approach of evidenced based treatments that include CBT, Behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and DBT to meet clients individual needs.
