My name is Vanessa Gonzalez, LMFT. My focus is children, adolescents, and parenting skills to provide the most growth for the youth. I have a history of working closely with foster youth, children in kinship Care, as well as children in a traditional home setting. I have worked with children experiencing anxiety, trauma, children living with ADHD, grief, separation, and divorce. I am familiar with the use and skills of Trauma Focused CBT, Cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness skills, parenting skills, and more. I believe that each person has was it takes to achieve their goals and just needs some assistance to facilitate change.
