I bring more than 25 years of service, creative thought, a sense of humor and life experiences to my practice. Together, we will create a welcoming safe and comfortable environment to discuss and work through life and life experiences. I utilize a solution and strengths based approach when working with individuals and families and I specialize in working with adolescents and adults. I believe that most of us have what we need to solve our issues internally and having a professional to guide us through identifying that solution is what successful therapeutic relationships are about.
