Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I help adults to adjust to changes in their lives impacting their mental health such as pregnancy/parenthood, relocation/displacement, career changes, and loss. I'm culturally sensitive and take a holistic approach to treatment. I know that health and wellbeing happens in community, and thus, I will encourage you to be in relationship with other living beings including nature and pets. We will use all of your strengths in the therapy room to help you accomplish your treatment goal. I offer a sliding scale for cash clients. During our first session, we will start with brief introductions, discuss the challenges you're facing, review the forms you have completed, identify your strengths, identify the boundaries and expectations of therapy and collect your treatment goals. This will inform the treatment plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
