I believe that everyone possesses the innate ability to heal and grow. My role as your counselor is to support and guide you towards the part of you that has always held that wisdom within. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discover the root of your current struggles, empowering you to become the author of your life. In my practice I support adults struggling with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, challenges with identity, self-worth and connection to self and others. These challenges can be devastating and difficult to navigate, but you don't have to face them alone.
