As a recovering people-pleaser, I’m passionate about helping others find their voice and release what no longer serves them. I specialize in life transitions and have extensive experience with ADHD, Autism, and the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is compassionate, inclusive, and rooted in authenticity.
