As a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University - I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, validated, and even able to laugh while doing the hard work of healing. I believe therapy should be empowering, so I focus on making sure you feel heard and encouraged to grow at your own pace.
