As an LMHC and CRC, I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing mental health concerns, as well as adults with disabilities, people navigating alcohol or substance issues, women navigating perimenopause/menopause and those working toward meaningful employment. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where clients can build coping skills, improve daily functioning, and develop the confidence needed for recovery and vocational success. I am an advocate in rewriting the stigmatizing narrative that comes with perimenopause and menopause to celebrating this transformation that all woman experience.
