Greetings and salutations! Thank you for taking the time to peruse my profile. I am a queer identified cisgender African American female and use she/her pronouns. I have engaged in extensive training to effectively treat mental health and substance abuse in LGBTQIA2S+ identified persons, BIPOC populations, femme-identified persons, active-duty military personnel, and veterans. I provide counseling services to individuals and couples. I offer in-person counseling to folx located in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. I also offer telehealth counseling to folx located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. I provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Suicide Prevention (BCBT-SP), Feminist Therapy, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), and utilize the Gottman Method.
