Hi! I'm Vanessa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I'm a first-generation immigrant based in San Diego, CA. Originally from Southeast Asia, I've worked and lived in Singapore, Taiwan, and Buffalo, NY. I love cooking, board game nights, heated blankets, and playing fetch with my dog! I typically work with teenagers, couples, and young adults. I have been practicing since 2015 and my areas of focus are relationships - familial, romantic, platonic. I believe our core relationships are foundational to the self and inform the ways in which we make the life decisions we do and choose the people we choose.
