Depression, anxiety, and burnout can make even the simplest tasks feel exhausting, leaving you emotionally drained and disconnected from the things that once brought you joy. My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experience as an adolescent working with a social worker, which inspired me to pursue a career helping others navigate life’s challenges.
