Hello I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for LMHC Licensure. I received my Master of Science degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University and have served as a therapist for 19 years. I have worked with a variety of clients with a plethora of challenges. My goal is always to assist my clients in making the improvements necessary to improve their quality of life. In our first session, I would start with introductions and discussing reasons for seeking treatment as well as hopes/goals for the process. This will provide me with the information needed to create a plan for our sessions moving forward.
