Vasti Cedeño, who holds qualifications including MA, MSW, LCSW, and ADHD-CCSP, is the founding therapist at LifeWork Counseling in New Jersey. As a neurodivergent, first-generation, plus-size Latina, she is deeply committed to promoting radical acceptance. Currently, her practice is exclusively open to adults aged 25 years or older, focusing on issues related to ADHD, physical embodiment/self-esteem, trauma, and anxiety disorders. Many of her clients seek help in nurturing self-love and repairing their negative, harmful relationships with their bodies.
