My therapy style is integrative, empowering, and relational. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" treatment approach. I primarily work with individual adults (18+) navigating burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and interpersonal stress. While individual therapy is my main focus, I also offer sessions for couples and small family pairings (such as siblings or parents-adult child relationships) on a case-by-case basis, depending on fit and availability. I do not offer therapy for children or teens.
