I have over a decade of clinical experience helping adults with life transitions; women issues; career development; anxiety; depression; grief/loss; and trauma. I understand that finding the right therapist can be a little overwhelming. So; when you are ready; I welcome you to discuss the beginning of the healing journey. First and foremost; I offer a safe space for individualism. And my focus is always on the individual and through a partnership; we will create coping strategies that help to reframe negative thoughts in an attempt to limit emotional and behavioral reactivity with therapeutic interventions.
