Hi there! Are you often feeling stretched thin, exhausted by masking, or simply craving a space to just exist? Do you wish you had a place to explore identity, gender, sexuality, sex, or kink without judgment or pressure to explain? Maybe you're struggling with reconnecting to your body and mind after sexual/relational trauma or navigating the heaviness of grief, whether that be loss or transition. As someone who is a survivor, has navigated a lot of grief, and grew up queer/neurodivergent in a small conservative town, I understand how vital affirming support is. I co-create spaces rooted in compassion, authenticity, and curiosity especially for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, survivors, grieving, and sex positive folks so you can show up fully and be held as you are. My practice is rooted in feminist, trauma-informed, abolitionist, and intersectional frameworks that address both personal and systemic experiences.
