I specialize in working with children, preteens, and teens, helping them build awareness, emotional regulation skills, and confidence in a safe and collaborative environment. I also provide guidance in processing anxiety, academic stress, and challenges at home. Having grown up in a collectivistic culture, I recognize the universal need to feel seen and validated- whether you are an individual struggling to understand yourself or an adolescent on a journey of self-discovery.
