I believe the foundation of therapy is a strong counselor-client relationship where one feels safe, seen, heard, and accepted. As a queer, transgender, and neurodivergent counselor I know that this can be hard to find in relationships and want you to feel the comfort of these qualities throughout our work. Together we will explore the things that have shaped your ways of being, and identify, challenge and shift the beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you.
