Everyone from the outside thinks you are living the perfect life; little do they know how much you are struggling on the inside. Struggling with trying to live by the “SHOULD’S” in your head, the rules, the expectations, running through your mind. No one, including those closest to you, notice the stress you are experiencing. Everyday you wake up wishing you can enjoy life free of the constant worry, without feeling a sense of anxiety and depression. By releasing some of these expectations and “should’s” you can enjoy life and cherish the small moments with the people you care about the most. You don’t want to miss the everyday moments. Enjoying a morning cup of coffee or spending time with family, even though it can be aggravating. I understand how those moments can keep us grounded even in rough times. The way we think about life, the good times and bad times, is the key to reducing anxiety and that is why I offer Cognitive Behavioral (CBT).
