I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and children navigating challenges such as depression, self-injury, suicidal ideation, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, grief, and relationship struggles. My work is grounded in deep respect for each person’s story, and it’s been an honor to support people from many diverse backgrounds as they move toward healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, and holistic modalities. I focus on creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe space where clients feel understood and empowered. I see the therapeutic relationship as central to the healing process and work collaboratively to support clients in building meaningful and sustainable change.
