I believe in working in partnership with my clients to maximize their current strengths, help sort their challenges and achieve their goals, while understanding that the clients are the experts of their lives. When you experience trauma or life stressors, it is normal to believe that your life goes downhill or to believe as if everything is falling apart rapidly. My specialties include interventions for: trauma, relational issues, post-traumatic stress disorders, adjustment to life events, stress management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and mood disorders. By utilizing an integrative approach, I am committed to providing you with skills that will help you unlearn unhealthy patterns, and make critical decisions.
