As an anxiety disorder therapist, I specialize in working with individuals 18 and older who are navigating OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and phobias. With a foundation in compassion and emotionally focused therapy, I help clients build resilience and move toward a life rooted in joy and meaning. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, meeting each person with understanding, flexibility, and support. My work is designed to be short-term and empowering—focused on equipping you with practical tools and insights so you can feel confident managing anxiety long after our work together ends. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, including exposure response prevention, for the treatment of anxiety. We will also implement principles from dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based practices.
