While navigating through my own life, I found myself interested in hearing the stories of others and learning their interests and driving forces as well as their struggles. I found it rewarding when I could help someone feel heard, accepted, and understood. I am fortunate that I have been able to turn this passion into a career where I get to work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve self-acceptance. I have supported clients with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relational issues, personality disorders and trauma. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that I tailor to meet the needs of each client.
