I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have over 10 years of experience working with all ages including adults, young adults, teens/adolescents, and children. I have worked with people with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent-child relationships, self-esteem, decision making issues, and body image issues. I help adults and young adults overcome anxiety, stress, and life transitions with a warm, collaborative approach. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, I teach practical tools to calm overthinking, improve emotional balance, and strengthen confidence.
