My practice's focus is children's mental health. My various experiences in child welfare and children’s mental health have led me to realize the unique needs of this population. I have worked with children suffering from depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma responses, family conflict, and situational issues. Although I work with children of all ages, I do specialize in working with very young children, ages 0-5, and have specialized training in various types of play therapy. I work with each of my clients and their families to create a tailored treatment plan that best addresses their needs. View 6 Photos I use a variety of therapy modalities including, but are not limited to: child centered play therapy, sandplay, synergetic play therapy, Traumaplay, FirstPlay, Autplay, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and solution-focused therapy. Each child is unique and I tailor my clinical approach accordingly.
